I'm Rennaye R. Banks

I'm a manifestation strategist and accountability partner. I help people stop spinning and start moving toward the life they actually want.

I built this work because I lived it. I know what it feels like to know your worth and still feel stuck. To want more without a roadmap. To talk about goals while watching nothing change.

I don't pacify. I don't soften the truth. I show up with structure, real accountability, and the kind of honesty that gets you somewhere.

My Story

I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel stuck. To know your worth, show up every day, and watch the life you want stay just out of reach. I lived in that gap between knowing better and doing better longer than I care to admit.

What changed my life was not motivation. It was structure, discipline, and accountability. I stopped waiting to feel ready, built a system I could follow through on, and rediscovered the woman I was always meant to be. The Rediscovery Room was born from that work, and now I hold the door open for people ready to do the same.

Why I Do It

Too many capable people are circling the same goals year after year. They have the vision. They have the worth. What they do not have is structure and someone who refuses to let them off the hook.

That is the gap I fill. I am not here to pacify you or hand you another feel-good quote. I am here to help you build the system, keep your word to yourself, and follow through until the life you keep talking about becomes the life you live.
